Duality
A Poem

It’s the way you wrap your arms
Around me and squeeze
Until my chest cracks with relief
And my lungs finally exhale
Relief in every part of me.
It’s the way your soft lips feel
On mine, prying them open
It’s the way you wrap your arms
Around me and squeeze
Until my chest cracks with relief
And my lungs finally exhale
Relief in every part of me.
It’s the way your soft lips feel
On mine, prying them open
